MONIER - Williams, Montagu Sneade Faithfull was born on September 19, 1860 in Cheltenham. Son of late Sir M. MonierWilliams, Knight Commander of the Indian Empire, Doctor of Civil Law, Doctor of Laws Boden Professor of Sanscrit in the University of Oxford, and Julia Grantham, daughter of late Reverend F. Faithfull, Rector of Hatfield, Hertfordshire.

Career
Member of the Royal Society of Medicine. Late clinical assistant at Saint John's Hospital for Diseases of the Skin, and at the Hospital for Diseases of the Skin, Blackfriars. Medical Referee to “The Clergy Pensions Institution.”.
