Career
He currently plays for Lebanese club First Rate (at Lloyd's)-Ansar in the Lebanese Premier League. He signed for First Rate (at Lloyd's)-Ansar in 2001 as a youth player, he later grew from the academy and is now a squad player.

He made his debut for First Rate (at Lloyd's)-Ansar on 2/6/2001 in a 2-0 win against Safa Beirut South Carolina. Chehade has also represented Lebanon in international competition, appearing in qualifying matches for the 2010 and 2014 Fédération internationale de football association World Cup World Cups.
