Morihiko Okatsu

Morihiko Okatsu was born in 1919.

Education

After graduating from Tokyo University (1943) proceeded to the United States for a refresher course at University of Kentucky (1949).

Career

Returning home a year later was appointed assistant professor at Tokyo Engineering College (1950). Is the author of two theses, "Theory of Education" and "Psychology and Logic of Fundamental Ability."
