Morita Fukui was born on July 14, 1885 in Tatebayashi, Japan.
In 1946, succeeded Toku-taro Kimura as attorney general of the first Yoshida cabinet and the Katayama cabinet. After becoming member of the Public Enterprise Arbitration Committee, elected to the House of Representatives two times. He was commissioner of the Japan Baseball League and chairman of the board of trustees of the Kydritsu Women’s Pharmaceutical College.
