1918 chairman Lith Revol Committee. Took part in revolt against Petlyura government in Ukraine. 1919 secretary, Lipovets and Uman Uyezd Communist Party Committee.
From August 1919 political worker, 12th Army. Deputy head, Polit Board, 1st Mounted Army. Comissar, 11th Cavalry Division.
1920 fought on Polish and Wrangel Fronts. 1921 helped crush Kronstadt Mutiny. 1922-1924 tauhgt sociology and economics at Red Army Military Academy.
Assistant comissar, Military Academy. 1924-1932 secretary, uyezd, okrug then oblast Party comt. 1932-1937 deputy chairman.
Centr Council, Social for Furthering the Defense, Aviation and Chemical Indiana of Union of the Soviet Socialist Republics. 1937 arrested by People's Commissariat of Internal Affairs.

Views
The emphasis on peaceful coexistence doesn’t mean that the Soviet Union accepted a static world with clear lines. Socialism is inevitable and the "correlations of forces" were moving towards socialism.
