Re-elected, 1924—served as Judge, Juvenile Court Established Home for delinquent Girls. Bldg, erected by City of St. Louis at cost of $80,000, dedicated as Hartmann Cottage. Served in all divs. of Circuit Court Organization first boy scout troop (December 1928) composed of delinquent boys.
