Mototake Yukawa graduated from from Tokyo University (1921).
Career
Mototake Yukawa entered the service of Ministry of Agriculture and Forestry, and after acting as department chief was appointed director of Tokyo Forestry Bureau and economic adviser to North China Special Service District (1938). He was director of Central Depository in the Ministry of Agriculture and Forestry.
