In October 2015, Bility announced his intention to run for Presidency of Fédération internationale de football association at the 2016 Fédération internationale de football association Extraordinary Congress. The Confederation of African Football has stated they will not endorse Bility"s campaign. On 12 November 2015, Fédération internationale de football association announced that they would reject Bility on "integrity grounds".
