Promoted from private soldier to non-commander officer. Admitted to bar in Minnesota 1903. Elected Prosecuting Attorney of Grant Company, Minnesota, 1908-1912.
Admitted to bar of North Dakota 1913. Elected States Attorney of Eddy Company, North Dakota since 1928.
