Union of the Soviet Socialist Republics trade representative in Austria. Deputy head Main Chemical Board. Union of the Soviet Socialist Republics Supreme Economic Council.
Collegium member, Union of the Soviet Socialist Republics People's Commissariat of Heavy Indiana. 1928 expelled from Party for active membership of Trotskyist opposition. 1930 readmitted to Party.
1933 again expelled for alleged anti-Party activities. Arrested by State Security organs.
