Nadezhda Pavlovna was a head of the Theater Department of the Oryol Regional School of Culture, Senior Lecturer, Head of the Department of Cultural Enlightenment of the Institute of Culture and Art. She returned to Voronezh and was a head of Department, Deputy Director, director leading methodologist of the regional center of folk art. She was an employee of the Center for the Spiritual Renaissance of the Black Earth Region. She is a methodologist of the city library of arts named after A.S. Pushkin. Author of many repertoire-methodical materials, publications in the local and industry press on the problems of folk art. The compiler of the information collection "Voronezh Compound" (since 2002). Writer and director of many regional holidays and creative competitions. Organizer and teacher of the children's theater studio "Blue Bird" at Children's Art School № 1 (since 1994).
