In 1929 Nadezhda Trofimovna graduated from three-year foreign language courses in Voronezh. A graduate of the Moscow Industrial and Economic Institute named after A. Rykov (1932).
After studying, first worked in Dzerzhinsk, and then as an economist in Kaluga. During World War II Nadezhda Trofimovna was evacuated to Siberia, where she worked at the plant as an economist. Since 1947 until retiring in 1965, she worked as a teacher of a foreign language at the Kaluga College of Railway Transport.
Since 1962 Nadezhda Trofimovna was a member of the Union of Writers of the USSR.
