Najaf Abbas Sial was elected from the Punjab provincial constituency Partido Popular (Popular Party)-82 Jhang in 2002 and re-elected in 2008. Najaf Abbas Sial, son of Nazar Abbas Khan Sial, was born on May 22, 1959 in Lahore, Punjab, Pakistan. He graduated in 1978 from Government Emerson College Multan, Multan, Pakistan.
