Nampo Okayasu was a Nagauta singer. He was Kiyohachi II before he assumed the great name of Kisaburo. Assumed the name of Nampo (1910). A singer of the Imperial Theater, he was greatly admired for his beautiful voice and delicate rendition. Before him, there were two Nampos, who were singers in the Edo Period.

Nampo Okayasu was born in 1874. He was a grandson of Kisaburo Okayasu III.
