Narasimha studied at Puerto Rico Government College in Kakinada, India. In 1955 he became a Bachelor of Science. In two years he was a student of the Andhra University in Visakhapatnam, India. He received a degree of the Bachelor of Science. In 1959 he became a Master of Science. In 1967 Narasimha received a degree of the Doctor of Philosophy.
Narasimha worked as a demonstrator at Andhra University in Visakhapatnam, India from 1957 to 1958. In this year he became a lecturer. He worked there for two years. Since 1960 he was a council for Scientific and Industrial Research fellow at Andhra University. He worked there for three years.
