Narazaki Inotaro was born in 1932.
Graduated from Osaka Nautical School and joined the shipping department of Mitsui & Company.
Afterward, he turned to the labor movement and organized the Japan Seamen's Union with his private money for the purpose of elevating Japanese seamen's living standards. He was the union’s first chairman. After retiring from union activities, he joined the temperance movement.
