Yesica participated in Mission Italia nel Mondo, but did not win. Di Vincenzo, who stands 1.74 m (5 ft 8 1⁄2 in), competed as Mission Buenos Aires, one of 24 finalists in her country"s national beauty pageant, Mission Universo Argentina, held in March del Plata on June 6, 2010, where she became the eventual winner of the title, gaining the right to represent Argentina in As the official representative of her country to the pageant broadcast live from Las Vegas, Nevada on August 23, Di Vincenzo participated as one of the 83 delegates who vied for the crown of eventual winner, Ximena Navarrete of Mexico.
