Natalia Alexandrovna graduated from the Faculty of Physics of the Voronezh State University (1970).
Natalia Alexandrovna worked as an engineer-technologist at the Voronezh Plant of Semiconductor Devices (1970–1975), editor of the Regional Center of Scientific and Technical Information (1975–1976), correspondent of the Long-Circulated Newspaper "On town mains" (1976–1994), manager of the Commercial Company "Nord" (1994), head of the advertising and information department "Remstroyservice" (1994-1998), head of the marketing department of the newspaper "Voronezh’s Real Estate" (1998).
Natalia Alexandrovna collaborated with the editorial offices of local and Moscow newspapers, as well as the Russian-language newspapers "Panorama" (Los Angeles, United States of America) and "New Russian Word" (New York), participated in the All-Russian Section of Young Theater Critics (Moscow, 1983).
Since 1999, she has been published as the author of children's detective stories and novels for adult readers (many works are based on local topics). Moscow publishing houses "EKSMO", "AST", "Vagrius" have published 34 books by Kuznetsova, most of them describe the adventures of the same young heroes.
