Phi Alpha Kappa, Phi Alpha Theta, Phi Eta Sigma and Phi Kappa Phi. Recipient of Ohio Northern University Recognition Medal. Associate Editor, Ohio Northern University Law Review, 1978-1979. Student author of Ohio Legal Malpractice Handbook.

Career

Career as a lawyer includes serving as General Counsel for a national construction and natural resources trade and professional association, as Division Counsel and Contract Administrator for an international construction and engineering corporation, as an Adjunct Instructor of Business Law for an Ohio college, practicing transactional law and maintaining a litigation practice in the courts of Ohio and the United States District and Bankruptcy Courts for the Southern District of Ohio, and since 1992 providing services as a mediator and arbitrator, as well as serving in Ohio Courts of Common Pleas for more than 14 years as a Magistrate, for more than 8 years as a Mediation Coordinator (primary mediator), and as a Special Master Commissioner. Moreover, from 2011 to 2020 conducting civil rights mediation as a Contract Mediator for the State of Ohio.

Achievements
