Background

Natsukawa Shizue was born in 1909, Tokyo, Japan. Her father is Tsumoru Sasaki.

After 1927, starred in many films produced by the Kyoto Studio of Nikkatsu. Returned to the stage (1934) and joined the Toho Theater Group.

Joined the Nikkatsu Motion Picture Company at 13 and later organized the Blue Bird Theater Group with her father.
