Career
Nauryzbai was one of three standard-bearers of Abylai-khan, the army commander. He was born in the Zhalpaktas-Seriktas district, now a territory of the Zhambylsk region in Almaty, in 1706. "Batyr" is an honorific granted to Khazak commoners who obtained glory in battle.
