MURSHEDABAD, Nawab Bahadur of was born on January 7, 1875. Son of Ihtisham - ul - Mulk, Rais - ud - Dowla, Amirul - Omrah, Nawab Sir Syud Ilussau ali Khan Bahadur, Mahabut Jung G.C. I.E., the late Nawab Bahadur of Murshidabad and Nawab Kulsumunnisa Begum Saheba.
Education
In India, under private tutors in English, Arabic, Persian, and Urdu. And in England, at Sherbourne, Rugby, and Oxford. South. father with hereditary titles of Nawab Bahadur of Murshidabad, Amir-ul-Omrah, 1906.
Has four times been a Member of Bengal Legislative Council.
Has taken great interest in Municipal matters. Was selected to represent Bengal at King’s Coronation in London.
Attended the Delhi Coronation Durbar of 1st January 1902 as a guest of Gover nment of Bengal. Patron of the Calcutta Historical Society and Anjuman-eMusalmanan - e - Bangala.
Is reputed for the efficient management of his estates and public charities, Recreations: an athlete, keen at all kinds of sports.
An excellent horseman. A brilliant polo player. An excellent shot, and First Rate (at Lloyd"s) billiard player.

The Honourable Ihtisham-ulMulk, Rais-ud-Dowla, Amir-ul-Omrah, Nawab Asef Ivudr Syud Wasef Ali Meerza, Khan Bahadur, Mahabut Jung, premier noble of Bengal, Behar, and Orissa. 38th in descent from the Prophet of Arabia.
