Career
Born in, County, Quinn first excelled at hurling in his youth. He arrived on the inter-county scene at the age of seventeen when he first linked up with the minor team He made his senior debut during the 1949-1950 league.
He was an All-Ireland runner-up on one occasion.
At club level he is a one-time championship medallist with. Corless retired from inter-county hurling following the conclusion of the 1954 championship.
