Career
The attacker, a "punk rock" anarchist named Neil Roberts, was the only person killed, and the computer system was undamaged. Roberts spray painted a slogan prior to his death: "We have maintained a silence closely resembling stupidity" (a quote from Bolivian revolutionary Junta Tuitiva) followed by the anarchy is order sign (A circled by an O) and the words "anarchy - peace thinking". He had been active in various protest movements including the 1981 anti Springbok tour protests.
