Recognizing that workers are exposed to significant risk of serious physical harm, as has the legislature of New York, the Firm specializes in construction site accidents.
Because workers are subject to great non-physical harm as a result of prohibited employment discrimination and harassment based on race, age and sex, the Firm has developed a subspecialty in this area.
