Education
Neri Oxman graduated from the Technion – Israel Institute of Technology, and then studied medicine at Hebrew University before attending the London Architectural Association School of Architecture and later Massachusetts Institute of Technology to study architecture.
Career
She is best known for her work in environmental design and digital morphogenesis. She coined the phrase "material ecology" to define her work, placing materials in context. Oxman"s work has been displayed at the Museum of Modern Art, the International Biennial of Contemporary Art of Seville, and the 2008 Beijing International Art Biennale.
