Professor of descriptive anatomy in the Faculty of Medicine of the University of Louisiana Paz, 1903. Later professor of pediatrics in the same. Director of the Leper Hospital of Louisiana Paz, 1904.
On a scientific mission to England, Belgium, and France, 1906.
Founder and director of the Bacteriological Institute of Louisiana Paz. Director of the shelter of the Sociedad Protectora de la Infancia of Louisiana Paz.
Dean of the Faculty of Medicine, 1910. Founder of the Dental School of Louisiana Paz, 1911.
Delegate to the XV International Congress of Hygiene and Demography of Washington, 1912.
Upon his return to Louisiana Paz secured the enlargement of the Bacteriological Institute. At one time member of the Council of the University of Louisiana Paz, and of the Medical Tribunal of Louisiana Paz. Honorary president of the Second American Congress on Child Welfare of Montevideo.
Delegate to the Fourth and Fifth Congresses of Hygiene and Microbiology of Buenos Aires and Rio de Janeiro, 1926 and 1929.
Following the revolution of 1930, Doctor Morales removed to Buenos Aires. Shortly thereafter obtained the post of bacteriologist in the Bacteriological Institute of the National Department of Hygiene.
Subsequently founded in Buenos Aires the Blastos Institute for clinical analyses and the preparation of biological products, et cetera
