Career
He was elected to represent Kandal Province in the National Assembly of Cambodia in 2003. In 2008, he was the youngest minister, Minister Attached to the Prime Minister and Secretary of State of Ministry of Justice in the Royal Government of Cambodia, fourth term of National Assembly 2008-2013. He was also listed in Member of Parliament candidate list, Kandal constituency, Cambodian People"s Party, 2013-2018.
