Career
Beaudoin was selected by the Colorado Avalanche in the 2nd round (51st overall) of the 1995 National Hockey League Entry Draft. Born in 1976 in Ottawa, Ontario, Beaudoin played three seasons in the Ontario Hockey League with the Detroit Junior Red Wings and Detroit Whalers. He began his professional career in the 1996-1997 season, playing 34 games with the Hershey Bears of the American Hockey League.
Beaudoin played the 1997-1998 season with the Canada men"s national ice hockey team before resuming his professional career the following season.
