Organized the Child Welfare Congress of Buenos Aires, 1913.
Organized the American Congress of History and Bibliography of Buenos Aires. 1916, which created the Academia Americana de la Historia, of which institution he is the present president
As president of the Academia Doctor Sarmiento has organized three American congresses of history and four of Argentine history. Member of numerous other congresses, both in Argentina and abroad.
