Career
Hackett completed at the first Olympic triathlon at the 2000 Summer Olympics. She took ninth place (the only Australian woman not to place in the top eight) with a total time of 2:03:10.81. Her split times were 19:41.08 for the swim, 1:05:37.10 for the cyling, and 0:37:52.63 for the run.
