She founded the company in 2006, when she was a 21-year-old university student. To create the site, she taught herself HyperText Markup Language and she would track her business while attending university lectures. In 2014 Kersh sold 4Cabling to Private Equity investors.
Kersh continues to work as an eCommerce specialist based in Sydney.
