Career
After the show was over, she became a radio disc jockey in Atlanta, for WWWQ (FM) radio, which she eventually left. She has also been a writer and on-air personality for Reality Dish. Schaffrich was one of 12 contestants in Fellow players became irritated at her inconsistent behavior.

Nicole graduated from Walled Lake Central High School in 1988. She then obtained a volleyball scholarship, which allowed her to attend college in South Carolina.
Prior to show she lived in New Orleans, Louisiana working as a personal chef.
