Career
He was the successor of Chaudhary Brahm Prakash and assamed office in 1955 just for one year, after that Indian Parliament which made Delhi a Union Territory. Due to which no one had appointed us the next chief minister of the delhi until in January 1, 1993 when a central government passed a Government of National Capital territory of Delhi Special rights of partial statehood.
