Gave frequent lectures at Warsaw University, Riga, and many other European cities. Authority on Orthodoxy, Russian cultural traditions, and later highly respected participant of the oecumenical movement. After World War II in DP camps in Germany.
Moved to the USA. Professor at St.Vladimir seminary, New York, and Montreal University, from 1948.
