Chebyshev, Nikolai was born in 1865.


Senator before World War I. During the Civil War in the Crimea under Wrangel, edited the newspaper Velikaia Rossia, and after the evacuation in Constantinople, the newspaper Zarnitsy, 1920-1921. Head of the Russian press office in Constantinople, 1920-1921. Moved to Paris, where he contributed to the rightwing newspaper Vozrozhdenie.
