Head of the Main Board of the USSR Ministry of Ferrous Metallurgy, 1955-1957. Chairman of Dnepropetrovsk Economic Council, 1957-1960. Member of the Central Committee of the Ukrainian CP 1960-1961.
Deputy Chairman (with the rank of USSR Minister) of the State Economic Council of the USSR Council of Ministers, 1960-1963. Candidate member, 1961-1966, and full member of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of the Soviet Union from 1966. Deputy Chairman of USSR GOSPLAN, 1963-1965.
