Nikolai Lvovich Zlatopolsky (real name is Naum) was born on the 4th of July, 1917 in Voznesensk, Ukraine.
He studied at the art amateur studio.
He acted as an acrobat and a juggler (since 1937) in circuses of Kharkov, Yelets, Kursk, Stary Oskol, Riga, Voronezh, Central Asia.
Participated in the restoration of the Voronezh circus tent in the Pervomaisky Sad (since 1943).
After the end of artistic activity he worked as an inspector of the arena in the circuses of Moscow, Leningrad, Yaroslavl, Voronezh (Deputy Director of the circus tent).
Honoured worker of culture of the RSFSR (1978).
One of the leaders and creators (Deputy Director) of the stationary winter circus opening (1972) in Voronezh (managing Director until 2002).
For many years he participated in the organization, development and promotion of circus art in Voronezh. Constantly assisted the amateur circus groups of the city and region.
