ANUCHIN, Nikolay was born in 1903 in village Larikovo, now Vologda Oblast.
1925 graduated Faculty of Forest Management, Leningrad Forestry Academy.
Member, Editor Board, journal “Vestnik selskokhozyaystvennykh nauk” (Herald of Agricultural Sciences). Until 1929 forest technican, assist, forester, then forester. 1929-1937 associate, Central Forestry Experimental Station, Russian Soviet Federated Socialist Republic Popular Commissariat of Agriculture, then at Timber Institute.
1937-1943 Head, Chair of Timber Assessment, Siberian Forestry Institute, Krasnoyarsk. 1943-1948 Chief Forester and Chief, Main Forestry Board, USSR Popular Commissariat of Forestry.
