From 1900 in revol movement. Repeatedly arrested; from December 1905 member, Yekaterinoslav Russian Social-Democratic Workers’ Party Committee. January 1906 arrested and exiled to Siberia.
Lied to Moscow; 1906-1907 propagandist, Moscow’s Railroad Rayon Russian Social-Democratic Workers’ Party Committee. After 1917 February Revol member, Russian Social-Democratic Workers’ Party Internationalist Group. Deputy, Tyumen’ Soviet.
Editor, newspaper Nash put’: 1919 arrested by Kolchak’s military authorities and shot together with his wife O. Dilevskaya. Dilevskaya was killed but Avdeycv, seriously wounded, managed to escape. Subsequently worked for Commission for Collation and Study of Materials on Party History' and October Revol, Central Committee, All-Union Communist Party (Bolsheviks).
Collegium member, Centr Archives Board. Company-founder and active member, Social of Marxist Historians. Wrote a number of works on Party history.

Religious moral codes pervert people outside their group as less moral. Thus, religion is socially divisive and its effect is harmful for society.
