After 1917 October Revol member, Ufa Revol Committee. 1918 Collegium member, Russian Soviet Federative Socialist Republic People's Commissariat of Food. Then Russian Soviet Federative Socialist Republic Deputy People's Commissar of Food.
December 1921-1924 Russian Soviet Federative Socialist Republic and Union of the Soviet Socialist Republics People's Commissar of Food. 1924-1930 Union of the Soviet Socialist Republics People's Commissar of Finance. 1931 Union of the Soviet Socialist Republics Deputy People's Commissar of Supply.
From February 1933 deputy chairman, Centr Commission for Crop Yields, Union of the Soviet Socialist Republics Council of People's Commissar. At 15th and 16th Party Congresses elected candidate member, Central Committee, All-Union Communist Party (Bolsheviks). Arrested by Stale Security organs.
