KABLUKOV, Nikolay was born in 1849.
Professor, Moscow University from 1903. 1885-1907 headed statistical section, Moscow Provincial former local government authority. 1877-1879 supervised compilation of Sborniki statisticheskikh svedeniy po Moskovskoy gubemii (Collections of Statistical Information on Moscow Province).
Contributed to many newspapers and journals. 1917 participated in work of Main Land Committee, Provisional Government. After 1917 October Revol worked for Centr Statistical Board.
Taught and wrote research works. In various of his works, especially Razvitiye kapitalizma v Rossii (The Development of Capitalism in Russia), Lenin sharply criticized Kablukov’s views.

Peaceful coexistence among Soviet and Western block is a continuation of the class struggle between the socialist and capitalist worlds, but not based on armed conflict. The conflict is mainly economical.
