KELL, Nikolay was born in 1883.
1915 graduated Petrograd Mining Institute.
Specialist in geodesy and photogrammetry. Since 1922 member, Russia Geography Society. Works deal with advanced geodesy, photogrammetry, development of aerophotogrammetric methods and their use in geographical and geological mapping.
1908-1910 topographer, Kamchatka Expedition, Russia Geography Society. 1917-1922 instructor, 1919-1920 Rector, Ural Mining Institute, Sverdlovsk.
