Career
Worked as surgeon during World War 1 and Civil War. From 1921 in charge of health resort hygiene and construction for Main Health Resort Board, Russian Soviet Federative Socialist Republic People's Commissariat of Health. 1930-1940 head, Sanitary, Health Resort and Workers’ Recreation Planning Group, Health Sendee Section, Union of the Soviet Socialist Republics State Planning Committee.
Incorporated planning results into health sendee section of 2nd and 3rd five-year plans. 1932 took part in 1st All-Union Conference of Union of the Soviet Socialist Republics State Planning Committee. 1933 member, various government commissions in charge of planning Geo health resorts.
1935 member, commission for reconstruction of Sochi-Matscsta health resort. Member, commissions for reconstruction of Caucasian Mineral’nyye Vody and Southern Crimean health resorts. During World War 2 head, Department of Evacuation Hospitals, Union of the Soviet Socialist Republics Main Health Resort Board.
From 1945 until death worked at Centr Institute of Balneology. Member, Various Soviet and for sci society Wrote over 100 works.
