1905 graduate Nikolay Military Academy.
Career
Participated in World War' 1. After October Revol sided with Soviets. 1917-1918 with General Staff, Soviet Army.
1918-1921 on army staff, Eastern Front and on Field Staff, Russian Soviet Federative Socialist Republic Revol Military Soviet. From October 1918 lectured at General Staff Academy. 1922-1954 senior instructor, department head, and head of military history disciplines at the Red Army Military Academy (later Frunze Military Academy).
1942 helped plan operations for defense of the Caucasus. From 1954 retired.

The emphasis on peaceful coexistence doesn’t mean that the Soviet Union accepted a static world with clear lines. Socialism is inevitable and the "correlations of forces" were moving towards socialism.
