Early career
Nikolay Minchev started his football career in OFC Sliven 2000. Football Club Skanderborg
Later he moved to Denmark to join the Danish side Football Club Skanderbog. Due to problems with the documents, Minchev cannot make his debut for the first team
Vejle Boldklub
In April 2013, the Bulgarian moved to another Danish team Vejle Boldklub, where he plays until now.
