POTEMKIN, Nikolay was born in 1885.
1910 graduated Moscow Agriculture Institute.
Since 1910 engaged in stock-raising in Orel Gubemiya. 1921-1922 Assistant Head, 1922-1923 Head, Bd! of Stock-Raising, Popular Commissariat of Agriculture. 1925-1926 Professor, Belarusian Agriculture Institute, Minsk, and Kharkov Zootechn.
Institute; 1926-1931 Professor, Azerbaydzhan Agriculture Institute. 1931-1935 Professor, Kharkov Zootechn. Institute; 1935-1938 Professor, Belaya Tserkov Agriculture Institute, Ukrainia.
1938-1948 at USSR and Russian Soviet Federated Socialist Republic Popular Commissariat of Sovkhozes. Works deal with pedigree stock-raising and the visual judging of cattle.
Religion discourages exploration of science and universe by suppressing curiosity, and denies its followers a broader perspective.
Marxism–Leninism as the only truth could not, by its very nature, become outdated.
