REZNIKOV, Nikolay was born in 1906.
1930 graduated Kharkov Civil Engineering Institute.
1929-1932 worked for design organ, in Ambriosevka and Kharkov. 1933-1942 and since 1945 specialized in design and construction of sports installations. 1942-1945 in Soviet Army.
Capital Construction Head, former Committee on Physical Training and Sport, USSR Council of Ministers. Helped in reconstruction and organ, of public utilities for Luzhniki Rayon, Moscow. Helped construct sports installations of Lenin Central Stadium, Moscow.
