TISHCHENKO, Nikolay was born in 1906.
1931 graduated Kharkov Electrotechn. Institute.
Developed automatic electrical drive systems, including drive systems for blastfurnace charging. 1943 helped in restoration of Ukrainia ferrous metallurgy. 1945-1950 directed work on first comprehensive automatic control systems for rolling mills.
1931-1941 at Kharkov Electromech. Plant; 1942-1943 Chief, Sverdlovsk Branch, and then Chief Designer, Moscow “Elektroprivod” Central Design Bureau, USSR Minister of Electrotechn., Industry.
