ULLAS, Nikolay was born in 1914.
1936 graduated Moscow Architectural Institute.
Since 1933 engaged in architectural work. 1945-1947 at Institute of Moscow General Plan. 1947-1956 Head, Architectural Planning Studio, above institutes.
Developed several housing and public building projects and worked on planning of various distr. in Moscow. Helped redesign. Luzhniki distr. and plan complex of sports installations at Lenin Central Stadium.
